Open Question: How hard is it really to get into UCF (University of Central Florida)?

My friends are saying that its pretty easy to get into...yet some of my friends with reallyy good ACT/SAT scores and good GPAs are getting rejected..and others with LOWER test scores AND lower GPAs are getting accepted....doesnt make too much sense?
