Open Question: i am an AA student i am starting my senior in august and i have a 3.2 GPA.?

i took my SATs and got a 1440 all together and my ACTs and got a 23. This was my first year taking it and i didn't study for it so i'm going to be retaking it. so far i have taken 5 AP classes and I'm taking 4 more next year. I am currently taking 2 of my required classes (economics and American govt) online. and after that i'm planning on taking more online classes. I am also planning on taking dual enrollment next year. I've had a job since the end of my sophomore year and i joined clubs for the first time my junior year. I do not do any sports. I am currently volunteering at an eye doctor's office. is it possible for me to get into a good college? i want to apply to university of central florida, florida university, and rutgers university. if i can't can you suggest how i can raise my GPA by december? and also suggest colleges that will accept my current results?...
